The program shines a light on the waiters, cab drivers, service associates, and other non-managerial hospitality employees that make every Indianapolis visitor feel special. By going beyond the expectations of their job descriptions, these service champions leave lasting impressions that bring true meaning to the phrase “Hoosier Hospitality." Every year we gather to honor these goodwill ambassadors at a gala event which is an awards ceremony and, moreover, a celebration of an industry and the people who roll up their sleeves and do their jobs every day with pride in their companies and their city.
